Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant.

The Property Consultant will engage with clients to understand their property needs, provide expert advice on real estate investments, and manage end-to-end sales and leasing transactions.

Responsibilities also include sourcing property listings, conducting market research, building client relationships, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales or leasing process.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with a proven ability to provide personalized solutions
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
Extensive experience in Off plan and Secondary Sales with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in market research and the ability to understand property trends and pricing strategies
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required
A valid UAE driving license is a plus but not required
Location: Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
