Role Overview
The company is seeking a driven and persuasive Property Consultant to join its real estate team in Dubai.
The role guides clients, particularly NRI investors, through purchases of off-plan residential properties across prime UAE developments.
The position focuses on building long-term client relationships, understanding investment objectives, and closing suitable deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into off-plan property sales.
- Present and pitch new development projects.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of HNI and NRI clients.
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and developer presentations.
- Negotiate terms and guide clients from inquiry to booking.
- Track UAE real estate trends, developer launches, and payment plans.
- Follow up on inbound leads with the marketing team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Two to three years of proven sales experience in UAE real estate are required.
- Off-plan experience is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must be able to persuade, negotiate, and close deals independently.
- Strong knowledge of off-plan project structures, payment plans, and ROI conversations is required.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil fluency is preferred.

Compensation
