Coordinate housing arrangements for NSHC new hires, temporary hires and village employees who travel to Nome or throughout the region for training. Monitor the condition of all units.

Schedule housing assignments as authorized for new hires, temporary staff or village staff traveling to Nome and throughout the region for training and submit weekly reports to reflect use
Submit requests for cleaning when units are vacated and inspect to make sure the condition of each unit meets a minimum standard for occupancy
Submit work orders for minor repairs that are the responsibility of NSHC and contact landlords for repairs and upgrades as necessary
