About the Organization

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain property, unit, landlord, tenant, lease, vacancy, rental, and activity records.
• Prepare and organize tenancy agreements, lease documents, notices, invoices, forms, and supporting files.
• Coordinate listings, viewings, inspections, appointments, handovers, renewals, and tenancy administration.
• Communicate with landlords, tenants, contractors, maintenance providers, suppliers, property managers, and internal teams.
• Monitor lease dates, renewals, expirations, deposits, payments, approvals, documents, and deadlines.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and maintain accurate databases, trackers, spreadsheets, and digital files.
• Update property management, CRM, listing, database, and internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, access arrangements, and contractor schedules.
• Review information for accuracy, conduct basic property research, and prepare vacancy, leasing, renewal, maintenance, and management reports.
