This is a hands-on commercial property role supporting EBOS Group’s Australian and New Zealand property portfolio. Working with the Head of Property, you’ll help deliver commercially sound leasing, property and project outcomes across a diverse mix of industrial, commercial and office facilities.

The role is primarily leasing-focused, covering renewals, rent reviews, options, terminations, make-good negotiations and related transactions. You’ll work with business units, landlords, agents, consultants and legal advisers to shape practical leasing strategies and support operational needs.

You’ll also support property projects, including fit-outs, relocations, sale and leaseback activity, solar projects and longer-term portfolio rationalisation work.

• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, options, terminations, new leases and make-good negotiations. • Partner with business units to understand site requirements and shape commercially practical property solutions. • Work with landlords, agents, consultants and legal advisers to progress property transactions. • Support property exits, relocations, fit-outs, refurbishments and portfolio rationalisation initiatives. • Maintain accurate property, lease, occupancy and utilities information to support reporting and decision-making.
