- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, return on investment, and market trends.

- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
