- You will be provided with quality listings, marketing support, and full guidance—**no cold calling** required.

Key Responsibilities
- **Willing to follow the instructions of the Team Leader** and clearly understand the properties assigned
- **Create videos of properties** as per the marketing strategy and posting requirements
- **No cold calling** – work only on qualified listings provided by the company
- Conduct property viewings and close deals with clients
- Update and maintain property details and lead progress on **Excel sheets**
- Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants
- Prepare and manage documentation including **tenancy contracts, MoUs, and leasing forms**
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness at all times
Requirements
- **Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience** in real estate (sales or leasing)
- Must have a **Valid UAE visa** (minimum 2–3 months validity)
- Must own a **laptop** (required)
- **Driving license and car** are preferred (but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to **listen, follow directions, and deliver results under a structured leadership**
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Must be able to **start immediately**
Compensation & Benefits
- **50% commission on each closed deal**
- **SIM card provided** by the company for business communication (Own Expense)
- Full access to company listings and marketing support
- No cold calling – focus on working existing leads and inventory
