Role Description
- Guide clients through property acquisition, portfolio expansion, and investment decisions in Dubai’s residential and investment markets.
- Conduct market research, source and evaluate properties, prepare investment proposals, and advise clients on asset performance and revenue optimization.
- Manage client relationships, coordinate property viewings, negotiate offers, and support transactions from initial inquiry through closing.
