The role monitors trader behavior, risk exposure, drawdowns, performance, and potential violations to protect company capital.

Knowledge or experience in Forex trading, proprietary trading firms, financial markets, and risk management is preferred.

Monitor and analyze traders' activities and trading behavior daily.
Identify unusual, high-risk, abusive, or potentially prohibited trading patterns.
Monitor risk exposure across accounts and instruments and review drawdowns, losses, and account performance.
Ensure compliance with trading rules and risk management policies and escalate potential risk-limit violations.
Analyze trading strategies, position sizes, leverage, trading frequency, and market exposure.
Review high-performing accounts for risk concerns or rule violations.
Investigate suspicious activity, including potential manipulation, arbitrage abuse, or prohibited trading practices.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the company's risk management framework.
