Role Overview
Design, test, deploy, and continuously improve prompts and system instructions for AI agents supporting enrollment, learning, and student retention.

- The role is remote and may be performed from a home office.

Prompt Design and Engineering
- Write and maintain system prompts and instruction sets for AI agents.
- Translate requirements into persona, tone, scope, fallback, and multi-turn conversation behavior.
- Design multi-step, chained, and RAG-augmented prompt architectures.
- Configure and deploy agents through Noodle's AI orchestration platform.
- Create three-way chat experiences connecting learners, support staff, and AI assistants.
