MYSPAN Power Solutions seeks a Projects Sales Engineer for standby generator sales in UAE construction projects. The role involves managing the full project cycle from opportunity identification to order conversion, building relationships with MEP contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities
- Track construction projects from design, tender, and execution stages
- Build strong relationships with MEP contractors and consultants
- Get generators specified and approved in project documentation
- Prepare technical and commercial offers with the Applications team
- Manage submittals, compliance statements, and consultant approvals
- Follow up on tenders and lead negotiations until order conversion
- Work closely with internal engineering and execution teams
- Drive project pipeline and market coverage across UAE
Requirements
- 2 5 years experience in MEP / construction project sales
- Background in generators, HVAC, chillers, pumps, switchgear, UPS, or similar equipment
- Strong understanding of consultant approval and submittal process
- Existing relationships with MEP contractors and consultants (strong advantage)
- Ability to manage multiple live projects and deadlines
- Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical)
