Projects Safety Head

Location

• Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh
• We are seeking an experienced Projects HSE Lead to drive Health, Safety & Environment excellence for Project Jagriti . The role is responsible for delivering the project with zero harm , ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening safety culture, and embedding HSE requirements across engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of project HSE management systems and ISO 45001 aligned practices.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, PTW systems, and contractor safety requirements.
• Drive risk assessments, hazard identification, and implementation of effective control measures.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure.
• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Develop HSE dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support project leadership decision-making.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through visible leadership and stakeholder engagement.
