  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for contract execution.
  • Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Manage variations, change orders, claims, extensions of time, and contractual notices.
  • Verify measurements, bills, invoices, and payment certifications against contract terms.
  • Maintain contract records, correspondence, approvals, and supporting documentation.
  • Lead surveying and geological activities across infrastructure and civil construction projects.
  • Plan and supervise topographical, alignment, setting-out, and as-built surveys.
  • Manage geological investigations, site characterization, soil/rock assessments, and geotechnical inputs.
  • Review survey data, geological reports, drawings, maps, and technical recommendations.
  • Coordinate with civil, design, construction, QA/QC, and project management teams.

• Qualification: B.E. And B. Tech And Civil Engineering

  • Experience: 8–12 years in industrial projects, with strong expertise in contract management, and technical reporting.
