Projects Manager- Alula

Requirements

• WHAT YOU BRING — 10+ years in construction/fit-out project management, with at least 5 in Saudi Arabia; giga-project or government client experience strongly preferred — Proven multi-project (portfolio) delivery of lump-sum contracts with tight variation and claims management — Strong contractual literacy (FIDIC or bespoke government forms); confident drafting formal correspondence and NCR responses — Working command of Power BI and ERP-based project controls (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central or similar) — PMO setup or transformation experience; engineering or architecture degree; PMP or equivalent preferred — Willingness to be based in AlUla for extended periods with regular Riyadh coordination — Bilingual Arabic/English (written and spoken) strongly preferred
