- Coordinate commercial kitchen projects from order confirmation through to installation and handover

- Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and installation progress
- Ensure project documentation, drawings, and approvals are properly managed
- Support project managers in meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate site activities and resolve project related issues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Projects Coordinator within the commercial kitchen equipment industry
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen project workflows, equipment, and installation processes
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and hospitality clients
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
- UAE experience is preferred
