Project Technologist

Prepare, review, and edit technical reports

Conduct historical and regulatory research

Support Phase I & II ESAs and Detailed Site Investigations (DSIs)

Assist with project setup, planning, and execution

Coordinate with subcontractors and internal team members

Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, with support from senior staff

Contribute to building positive working relationships

What You’ll Bring to Pinchin

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field (or diploma with relevant experience)

2–3 years of related experience (co-op or internship experience considered)

Strong technical writing, organizational, and analytical skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle

Willingness to travel within the region; occasional travel across BC may be required

Availability for occasional work outside core business hours

Assets :

Experience supporting transaction-related Phase I/II ESA work

Familiarity with BC Contaminated Sites Regulation and remediation processes
