- Manage and oversee daily operations of projects/fit out division
- Visit sites and prepare design layouts
- Prepare project execution plans and support technical estimation
- Prepare BOQs from drawings for estimation team
- Conduct client meetings and handle subcontractors
- Monitor productivity, site movements, progress, and quality standards
- Plan, source, and purchase required materials
- Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure quality standards
- Meet clients on site or at office to explain work progress
- Identify and resolve technical issues at site independently
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in handling fitout projects in an interior design or technical service company
- UAE Driving License
- Excellent communication skills
- AutoCAD / drawing reading experience

Job Overview
- We are looking for a Project Supervisor with below job responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily Operations of the Projects/Fit Out Division
- Visiting the site & Preparing Design Layouts
- Preparation of Project Execution Plans, Support in technical estimation, till the Execution
- Preparing the BOQ's from Drawings for estimation team
- Client meetings, Handling Sub Contractors and get work done from Them
- Able to handle team and get works done
- Able to Meet Project Deadlines as per Client Request
- Able to Source teams, resources for project completion
- Identify inefficiencies and fix them—quickly
- Train new staff and continuously improve team capability
- Monitor productivity, Site movements, progress, and quality standards
- Handle on the ground problem solving without escalating everything upward
Material & Quality Management
- Plan, source, and purchase required materials based on project needs
- Verify materials received match specifications and quality requirements
- Control material usage to avoid waste and unnecessary cost
- Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure it meets required standards
- Identify defects early and take corrective action immediately
- Maintain consistency in workmanship and finishing quality
Client & Communication
- Meet clients on site or at office when required
- Explain work progress clearly and professionally
- Present new designs, ideas, or improvements when needed
- Handle client concerns without escalating minor issues
Technical & Reporting
- Identify and resolve technical issues at site independently
- Adjust execution methods when required to maintain progress
- Provide regular updates on progress, materials, and issues
- Maintain basic documentation of site activities
- Confident dealing with clients directly
- Ability to manage procurement and vendor coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in handling Fitout Project in Interior Designing's Company or in a Technical Service Company
- UAE Driving License is a MUST
- Excellent Communication Skills
