Starting Pay: $22.0

Shifts Available:

6am -1:30pm

As a Project Supervisor, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:

Leads crew and performs janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area. Work requires efficient execution of work within defined project time frames.

May support staffing coordination for projects including communicating schedules.

Floor surfaces and carpet cleaning

Carpet extractions

Wash windows

Minor wall repair

Gather and empty trash.

Service, cleaning, and supply restrooms

Clean and polish furniture and fixtures

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.

Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks Safety

Follows all procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.

Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
