About the Role
Oversee ongoing project sites and facility maintenance operations.
Take ownership of site execution, direct maintenance teams, and ensure work meets quality, safety, and timeline standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations, maintenance tasks, and project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
- Perform regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Diagnose technical and maintenance issues and arrange prompt corrective actions.
- Manage project resources, daily reports, and material requirements.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Own personal car is required.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently between project sites.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,500 to QAR 4,000 per month.
