Role Description
The Project Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role oversees day-to-day site activities for fit-out and construction projects.
The position coordinates with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress, manage daily schedules, and report on timelines, risks, and resource needs.
- Supervise installations, resolve site issues, and verify material deliveries.
- Maintain site documentation and support handover procedures.
- Help enforce health and safety requirements and maintain site housekeeping.
- Represent the company positively with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising fit-out, interior, or construction projects is preferred, especially in commercial or residential sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, specifications, and interior fit-out quality standards is required.
- Experience coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers is required.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practical safety procedures is required.
- Communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills are required.
- Basic computer application proficiency is required; project management software exposure is advantageous.
- A relevant technical diploma or degree is preferred.
- Dubai or wider UAE construction experience is an asset.
