Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate strategic growth initiatives
- Track initiative milestones, risks, and dependencies, and maintain project documentation
- Prepare executive updates, status reports, and presentations
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational workflows
- Gather business requirements and manage requirements lifecycle through to delivery
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee implementation through to go live
- Bridge gap between IT and business functions, managing stakeholder alignment
- Support digital and performance marketing initiatives
- Manage production of marketing and business collateral
- Establish and maintain external partnerships for free zone ecosystem development
- Support commercial teams by providing guidance on processes and products
- Maintain risk log and manage audit findings through to resolution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or cross functional strategy role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, diverse workstreams simultaneously
- Experience gathering business requirements or functional specifications
- Comfortable working across both technical (IT/systems) and commercial (marketing/sales) domains
- Strong written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience in partnership development is a plus
- Experience in free zone, government related, or professional services environment is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus

About the Role
- This is a cross functional role within the Strategy & Growth team at Masdar City Free Zone, covering business analysis, digital marketing, partnership development, and operational improvement.
- The role moves between strategic thinking and hands on delivery — from drafting business requirements to coordinating with commercial teams and managing marketing materials.
- You'll work across the full project lifecycle with internal teams, external partners, and technology vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate strategic growth initiatives
- Track initiative milestones, risks, and dependencies, and maintain up to date project documentation
- Prepare executive updates, status reports, and supporting presentations
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational workflows
- Gather business requirements and manage the requirements lifecycle through to delivery
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee implementation through to go live
- Bridge the gap between IT and business functions, managing stakeholder alignment and overseeing integration projects
- Support digital and performance marketing initiatives
- Manage the production of marketing and business collateral — including brochures, guides, and product materials
- Establish and maintain external partnerships that support the development of the free zone ecosystem
- Support onboarding and activation of strategic partnerships
- Support commercial teams by providing guidance on processes, products, and information
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a project coordination, business analysis, or cross functional strategy role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, diverse workstreams simultaneously
- Experience gathering business requirements or functional specifications
- Comfortable working across both technical (IT/systems) and commercial (marketing/sales) domains
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear documents and reports
- Experience in partnership development is a plus
