Project Coordination
- Meet regularly with strategic initiatives and outreach project owners to maintain and monitor project plans and schedules.
- Track project risks, dependencies, budgets, and related delivery information.
- Coordinate project resources, equipment, logistics, and information.
- Arrange and participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Record meeting notes, minutes, and action items.
Project Reporting
- Develop status reports for strategic initiatives and outreach projects.
- Present project status reports to the Strategic Initiatives and Outreach Director as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 12 years of working experience, with project experience preferred.
