- Prepare weekly reports including progress percentage, delays, risks, and photo documentation
- Follow up on site observations until full closure
- Verify completed work before contractor payment approval
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained
- Attend coordination meetings and provide clear updates to management
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction related field
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in residential projects
- Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- Firm and detail oriented personality
- Ability to manage multiple project sites within Riyadh

Role Overview
