Job Summary
The Projects Service & Change Management Manager is responsible for leading software project delivery, managing IT service operations, and governing change management processes across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
The role ensures efficient deployment of software solutions, controlled changes, and high service availability with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of software development projects (Agile / Waterfall).
- Oversee IT service management processes including incident, problem, and service request management.
- Manage and govern change management processes related to software releases, patches, and system upgrades.
- Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for smooth releases.
- Ensure proper release management and deployment processes (CI/CD pipelines).
- Evaluate risks and impact of changes on systems and clients before implementation.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and service quality (SLAs / KPIs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery and development lifecycle.
- Manage client communication regarding service issues, updates, and changes.
- Ensure compliance with best practices such as ITIL و DevOps.
- Lead post-release reviews and root cause analysis for incidents.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in software project management and IT service management.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira، ServiceNow، أو ما شابه.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Scrum Master are preferred.
- Experience in managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
