Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large scale projects, strategic programs, and cross functional initiatives
- Develop project strategies, governance frameworks, and execution plans
- Manage project portfolios from initiation through completion
- Direct project managers and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor project performance through key metrics and executive reporting
- Proactively resolve complex challenges and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business transformation, operational excellence, and long term growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, portfolio management, governance frameworks, budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement practices
- Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, business planning systems, and collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading large scale projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross functional teams
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous

Role Description

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision making at executive and senior leadership levels.
- Strong organizational and decision making capabilities with experience leading large scale projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
