Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large scale projects, strategic programs, and cross functional initiatives to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational goals
- Develop project strategies, governance frameworks, and execution plans while managing project portfolios throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Direct project managers and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring
- Provide executive level reporting, resolve complex project challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project success and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business transformation, strategic growth initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, portfolio management, governance frameworks, budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement practices
- Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, business planning systems, and collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading large scale projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross functional teams
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, portfolio governance, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous

Role Description
