Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex projects, strategic programs, and cross functional initiatives
- Establish project governance frameworks, define strategic priorities, and manage project portfolios
- Direct project managers and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor project performance, evaluate key metrics, resolve escalated issues, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business transformation, operational improvement, and long term growth initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, portfolio management, governance frameworks, budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement
- Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, business planning systems, and collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading large scale projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross functional teams
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous

Role Description
- Lead and oversee complex projects, strategic programs, and cross functional initiatives to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Establish project governance frameworks, define strategic priorities, and manage project portfolios from initiation through completion.
- Direct project managers and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor project performance, evaluate key metrics, resolve escalated issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business transformation, operational improvement, and long term growth initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, portfolio management, governance frameworks, budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement practices.
- Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, business planning systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision making at senior leadership levels.
- Strong organizational and decision making capabilities with experience leading large scale projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
