- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures
- Establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Drive process improvements and implement project management best practices
- Mentor and support project managers and team members to enhance project delivery capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience managing large scale or complex projects in a leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Experience leading cross functional and geographically distributed teams
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are highly desirable
