Project Scheduling & Planning
Develop and manage the master schedule in Primavera P6 (or client tools).
Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
Track progress, forecast impacts, and assess schedule risks across all workstreams.
Conduct critical path, what-if, and optimization analyses.
Align schedules, reporting, and baselines with the clients on-site scheduler.
Field & Site Coordination to visit the site multiple times per week to gather progress and validate schedule updates.
Review contractor look-ahead schedules, manpower plans, and productivity.

Verify assumptions and updates through direct field coordination with superintendents and project teams.

Experience supporting EPC contractors, utilities, or OEMs in major energy infrastructure builds is preferred.
Proven background in large, complex, multiyear construction programs with field engagement.
Strong working proficiency in Primavera P6, schedule analysis, and critical path method (CPM).
Ability to work on site in South St. Louis County several times per week (local candidates strongly preferred).
Strong communication, collaboration, and reporting skills.
The salary range for this role considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to technical ability, experience and training, licenses and certifications, and other related skillsets. The disclosed range is an estimate and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
