Role Overview

One Broker Group is seeking experienced Property Consultants or Project Sales Specialists for exclusive real estate project mandates.

The role operates across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, covering off-plan and secondary markets with direct developer relationships and buyer-network support.

Compensation

Compensation is commission-based with no fixed salary.

Requirements

At least 2 years of Dubai real estate experience.
Proven track record in off-plan or project sales.
Strong ability to close deals and an existing broker network.
Experience with developers, master agencies, or project mandates is a strong advantage.
Ability to self-generate leads and convert buyers.
Strong knowledge of Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah project markets.
Professional and well-presented.
Dual-language proficiency is a strong advantage.
