Position Summary
Drives service-project revenue by developing scopes/quotes for repairs, replacements, retrofits, and small design-build upgrades. Owns customer relationships, pricing strategy, and handoff to field PMs/Foremen.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a territory of facility managers, property managers, and owner-direct accounts.
- Conduct site assessments; develop scopes for equipment change-outs, pipe/fabrication, controls, energy upgrades, and code/safety corrections.
- Create proposals with labor, materials, rentals, and subcontractor quotes; manage margin/GM targets.
- Present options (good/better/best) and close work; secure POs and schedule with Dispatch/Operations.
