Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth across UAE and wider GCC markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities early and lead projects from design/specification stage through tender and award.
- Develop and present tailored lighting solutions aligned with client and project requirements.
- Own the preparation of commercial proposals, technical submissions, and negotiations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through end to end project support.
- Collaborate cross functionally (Product, Design, Supply Chain) to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Manage multiple high value projects simultaneously with strong execution discipline.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Proven experience in project sales, within lighting, electrical, construction, or building materials sectors.
- Solid technical understanding of lighting systems and solutions, with the ability to customize proposals.
- Demonstrated success in managing and closing complex, large scale projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
