Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for kitchen, wardrobe, and fit out projects within the UAE market
- Generate project leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and market research
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and procurement teams
- Attend client meetings, project briefings, and site visits to understand project requirements
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate terms to secure project orders
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and installation teams for timely project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and project status
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline reports, and forecasts for management review
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of sales experience in kitchen manufacturing, joinery, fit out, or construction projects within the UAE
- Proven track record in securing project orders and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and fit out market
- Experience in dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, and architects
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Position Summary
- The Project Sales Executive is responsible for generating and securing project orders for kitchen, wardrobe, and interior fit out works from developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and corporate clients.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

- Generate project leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and market research.

Qualification & Experience

- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.

- Self motivated with the ability to work independently.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,500 AED 6,000 per month
