Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per the company's sales plan
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, client visits, and referrals
  • Identify new opportunities for WTP, STP, ETP, Swimming Pool Systems, RO Plants, and other water treatment solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct client presentations and technical discussions
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales

Technical Sales Support

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
  • Prepare preliminary system designs and technical calculations
  • Coordinate with the Design & Proposal Team for technical submissions
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, tender documents, and commercial offers
  • Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial documentation

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, industries, and end users
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Keep customers informed about new products and technologies
  • Coordinate collection of work orders, purchase orders, and payments when required

Market Development

  • Identify new market opportunities across Dubai and the UAE
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular feedback to management
  • Develop and expand the customer database

Cross Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Service departments for successful project execution
  • Ensure smooth project handover after order confirmation
  • Support after sales activities to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance team

Reporting

  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and project status
  • Provide regular updates to senior management
