Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per the company's sales plan
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, client visits, and referrals
- Identify new opportunities for WTP, STP, ETP, Swimming Pool Systems, RO Plants, and other water treatment solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client presentations and technical discussions
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Prepare preliminary system designs and technical calculations
- Coordinate with the Design & Proposal Team for technical submissions
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, tender documents, and commercial offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, industries, and end users
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per the company's sales plan
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, client visits, and referrals
- Identify new opportunities for WTP, STP, ETP, Swimming Pool Systems, RO Plants, and other water treatment solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client presentations and technical discussions
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales
Technical Sales Support
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Prepare preliminary system designs and technical calculations
- Coordinate with the Design & Proposal Team for technical submissions
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, tender documents, and commercial offers
- Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial documentation
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, industries, and end users
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Keep customers informed about new products and technologies
- Coordinate collection of work orders, purchase orders, and payments when required
Market Development
- Identify new market opportunities across Dubai and the UAE
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Monitor market trends and provide regular feedback to management
- Develop and expand the customer database
Cross Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Service departments for successful project execution
- Ensure smooth project handover after order confirmation
- Support after sales activities to maintain customer satisfaction
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance team
Reporting
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and project status
- Provide regular updates to senior management
