Responsibilities
- Manage civil focused projects from initial client inquiry through completion, including site visits, requirements gathering, technical assessments, and preparation of proposals and cost estimates
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams, develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards
- Support sales activities by preparing technical presentations, responding to tenders, and advising on engineering solutions that address property maintenance and improvement needs
- Regularly review drawings and specifications, supervise contractors, prepare project documentation and reports, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Strong project engineering capabilities, including experience in Project Engineering and Civil focused project delivery
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management and Project Planning, including scheduling, resource coordination, and cost control
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Previous experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or construction projects in the GCC region is an advantage
- Proficiency with engineering drawings, basic design tools, and standard project management software
- Strong problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Ability to work on site across multiple locations in Dubai, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing project priorities

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Project Engineer – Sales & Engineering (Civil) role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Project Engineer will manage civil focused projects from initial client inquiry through completion, including site visits, requirements gathering, technical assessments, and preparation of proposals and cost estimates.
- Day to day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, developing project plans and schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards.
- The role also involves supporting sales activities by preparing technical presentations, responding to tenders, and advising on engineering solutions that address property maintenance and improvement needs.
