Job Purpose
Drive business growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new project and interior fit-out contracts for fire protection, detection, and fire suppression systems.
The role targets the UAE fire protection market and requires three to four years of relevant experience.
Location
- The position is based in Dubai.
Business Development and Sales
- Prospect, generate, and qualify leads for new construction, MEP, and commercial or residential fit-out projects.
- Build and maintain active relationships with interior fit-out contractors, MEP consultants, main contractors, and project managers.
Estimation and Proposal Support
- Coordinate with technical teams to review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare competitive commercial proposals with support from technical teams.
Negotiation and Targets
- Lead technical-commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts or purchase orders.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales revenue and gross margin targets.
Market Intelligence
- Track upcoming construction and fit-out projects, competitor pricing, and market trends.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Fire Protection Engineering.
- Three to four years of proven direct sales experience in fire alarm, firefighting, or fire suppression systems within project and fit-out sectors.
- Strong understanding of local civil defense codes, NFPA standards, and fit-out project workflows.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in reading MEP and architectural drawings.
- Valid driver's license.

- Fixed compensation includes a basic salary plus housing and transport allowance.
