e-Storage is part of Canadian Solar and designs, builds, and integrates utility-scale battery energy storage systems.
The company develops SolBank lithium-iron phosphate battery technology and provides project services supporting renewable energy infrastructure.
About the Role
The Project Quality Engineer executes and monitors project quality work for battery energy storage projects.
The role executes Site-Specific Quality Plans, tracks root cause analysis, communicates solutions and lessons learned, and coordinates with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and review Site-Specific Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans.
- Plan, execute, and monitor quality assurance activities across project phases.
- Create and review Non-Conformance Reports, conduct quality audits, and perform root cause analysis.
- Lead lessons-learned activities and implement improvements on future projects.
- Track quality issues, observations, and non-compliances through resolution.
- Support engineering, project execution, and operations and maintenance teams with equipment problems and performance prevention.
- Implement and update the project quality management system according to ISO standards.
