Role Overview
Coordinate project planning and scheduling for multiple active construction, landscaping, infrastructure, or similar site-based projects.
The role focuses on schedules, manpower deployment, progress monitoring, delay identification, and recovery planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Plan manpower requirements for each project or site.
- Allocate labour, supervisors, and site resources across projects.
- Monitor daily and weekly progress against approved schedules.
- Track deployment, productivity, milestones, deadlines, and handover dates.
- Identify delays, manpower shortages, and scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Engineers.
- Follow up on delayed activities and support corrective and recovery planning.
- Prepare progress, manpower, and scheduling reports for management.
Required Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant project or site planning and scheduling experience.
- Proven manpower planning, allocation, and deployment experience across project sites.
- Strong experience with progress monitoring, milestones, delays, and corrective follow-up.
