Ali & Sons Contracting LLC seeks a Project Planning Manager to oversee tender and contract programmes, coordinate with planners, and ensure project schedules align with QHSE requirements.

- Assist in preparation of tender programmes as per tender documents
- Coordinate with senior planner/planner for detailed programmes
- Propose productivity sheets for projects
- Prepare weight systems and load manpower, quantities, weightage, and cost
- Estimate project cash flow
- Prepare measurement tools like S curve, histograms, and KPIs
- Highlight critical path and coordinate with project staff
- Ensure QHSE requirements are integrated into programmes
- Prepare internal programmes and subcontractor programmes
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and internal planning reports
- Monitor manpower and equipment for correctness
- Prepare EoT claims and notices
