Role Description
Full-time, on-site Project Planning Engineer role based in Ajman.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, resource coordination, progress monitoring, and project control across a high-volume operation.
Supports approximately 30–40 active sites per day and deployment of more than 100 field personnel.
Works with project managers, project engineers, site teams, and support departments to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize daily operations across active sites and manage deployment of workers, technicians, drivers, and engineers.
- Coordinate vehicles, drivers, tools, equipment, materials, manpower, and site logistics before mobilization.
- Maintain master schedules and 2-week, 4-week, and 8-week look-ahead plans across concurrent projects.
- Monitor projects through approval, procurement, fabrication, installation, snagging, and handover stages.
- Track schedule dates, resource utilization, bottlenecks, risks, shortages, access approvals, and delivery constraints.
- Prepare forecasts, planned-versus-actual reports, early-warning reports, resource reports, and management dashboards.
- Use historical data to improve estimates and support ERP planning, scheduling, allocation, and resource-management improvements.
