Role Overview
The role covers site surveys, detailed cost estimation, project planning, and execution coordination.
The position supports civil construction, interior fit-out, and joinery projects and requires independent handling of site requirements and costings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project scope and requirements.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates using PlanSwift.
- Estimate civil, interior fit-out, and joinery works independently.
- Coordinate quotations with design and project teams.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor site execution with site supervisors.
- Read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with Dubai consultants and support compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Obtain and verify market rates from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare material take-offs and procurement schedules.
