We are seeking a Project Planner to lead the development of fully logic-linked, resource-loaded project programmes from concept to handover. You will establish, maintain, and control master schedules, baselines, milestones, and WBS, and own critical path analysis and programme risk management across
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of fully logic-linked, resource-loaded project programmes from concept to handover.
- Establish, maintain, and control master schedules, baselines, milestones, and WBS.
- Define sequencing, dependencies, constraints, and planning assumptions in line with scope and contracts.
- Own critical path analysis and programme risk management across multiple projects.
- Independently assess and challenge project timelines proposed by project teams.
- Monitor progress, analyze variances, and provide accurate forecast completion dates.
- Develop and implement recovery, mitigation, and acceleration strategies.
- Conduct schedule impact analysis for variations, scope changes, and design revisions.
- Lead planning input for claims, extensions of time (EOTs), and delay analysis.
- Produce executive-level weekly and monthly planning reports.
- Act as the planning authority in internal and client progress meetings.
- Coordinate planning activities across architectural, engineering, and construction disciplines.
