Key Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned mechanical package throughout the full project lifecycle
- Define and coordinate the package scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and execution strategy
- Lead package execution activities in alignment with overall project objectives and milestones
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Quality, HSE, Logistics and Project Controls teams
- Manage package interfaces across multiple disciplines, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives
- Monitor package progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement recovery actions when required
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Offshore, or EPC industry
- Experience as a Package Manager, Project Management, Work Package Manager, or equivalent role on large EPC projects
- Experience on mega EPC projects with complex multidisciplinary scopes and multiple interfaces
- Experience managing mechanical equipment and package delivery during project execution phases
