Responsibilities
- Own and drive the roadmap and backlog for WHC’s IaaS products including VPS, Cloud, dedicated servers, DNS, and supporting infrastructure
- Prioritize product work based on customer needs, business impact, technical realities, and strategic objectives
- Build strong business cases for product opportunities including problem definition, customer impact, and financial implications
- Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch including scoping, specifications, stakeholder alignment, and release readiness
- Spend time with customers, support insights, usage data, and market signals to identify product opportunities
- Partner closely with Engineering to understand technical trade offs and ensure product decisions are grounded in architecture and reliability
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Care to support positioning, launch readiness, and internal enablement
- Use data, AI tools, vendor insights, and hands on product testing to improve decisions and execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management or product ownership with infrastructure, developer facing, B2B SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, cloud, hosting, or similar technical products
- Proven ability to own products from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
- Strong technical fluency to understand infrastructure concepts, architecture diagrams, and engineering trade offs
- Strong business judgment to assess opportunities through customer value, revenue potential, and operational impact
- Customer first mindset with ability to translate feedback into product problems and solutions
- Strong execution skills including writing clear specs, managing priorities, and QA releases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset

The Opportunity
- WHC is looking for a strategic, hands on, and technically fluent Product Owner, Digital Infrastructure to own the roadmap and backlog for core infrastructure products including VPS, Cloud, dedicated servers, DNS.
- Reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Care, and other stakeholders.
- This is a senior product role for someone who can combine customer insight, technical fluency, business judgment, and strong execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the roadmap and backlog for WHC’s IaaS products.
- Prioritize product work based on customer needs, business impact, technical realities, strategic objectives, and financial considerations.
- Build strong business cases for product opportunities.
- Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch.
- Spend meaningful time with customers, support insights, usage data, and market signals.
- Partner closely with Engineering to understand technical trade offs.

What You Bring

- Customer first mindset with ability to translate feedback, support insights, and data into clear product problems and practical solutions.
- Strong execution skills including ability to write clear specs, manage priorities, unblock teams, QA releases, and keep momentum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with web hosting, VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers, DNS, domains, email infrastructure, WordPress, developer tools.
- Experience in a subscription based business with recurring revenue, usage patterns, churn, pricing, packaging, and margin considerations.
- Experience managing vendor or partner relationships in a technical product environment.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, data sovereignty, infrastructure reliability, or performance management.
- Experience using AI tools and agentic workflows to improve product management.
- Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset.
