The Project / Operations Assistant will support the founders and management team with company development and daily operations.

Main Responsibilities
- Support management with day-to-day operations and project coordination.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, meetings, and documentation.
- Assist with business development and partner communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with external partners, clients, consultants, and service providers.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support applications to accelerators, investors, and strategic partners.
- Assist with CRM, databases, and internal organization.
- Support marketing and communication activities when required.
