• Person specification Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential
• Thorough understanding of project management methodologies. • Results driven with strong analytical skills and experience of providing meaningful analysis of data including management information • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities. • Effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation, including the ability to successfully persuade and influence others. • Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business. • Strong problem solving skills. • Results focussed with the ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of tasks. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. • Proven track record of successfully contributing to the development of stock rationalisation and growth strategies for a large and diverse portfolio of mixed tenure properties • Experience of successfully supporting the delivery of stock rationalisation and acquisition projects, ideally within the housing sector
