Role Overview
A construction firm is seeking project managers, incharges, and engineers to manage and support residential and commercial construction projects.
The role covers site coordination, quality control, and execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
The position coordinates between site teams, consultants, vendors, and the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution activities according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Read, understand, and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Monitor work progress and update the project schedule.
- Coordinate material requirements, procurement, and site inventory.
- Conduct site measurements and assist in billing and BOQ verification.
- Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager or office.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and reviews.
Key Requirements
- B.Tech, BE, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Two to ten years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and construction practices.
- Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at site locations.
- Experience in residential or commercial projects.
