Role Overview
This is a part-time, fully remote Project Manager role based in Dubai.
The role leads projects from planning through delivery, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures objectives are achieved on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution and completion.
- Define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, performance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Identify delays, implement corrective actions, and facilitate project meetings.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, scope, and performance expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery standards.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project management or project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization, deadline management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Agile, Scrum, or PMP practices is an advantage.
