As a Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from early strategy through design and construction — guiding teams, partnering with clients, and ensuring successful delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that have lasting community impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects (stormwater, flood mitigation, stream restoration, watershed planning)

Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term client relationships

Develop scopes, budgets, and project schedules

Manage project performance to ensure delivery on time and on budget

Oversee hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality analyses

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Water Resources, Wastewater, and Potable Water

Lead QA/QC processes and uphold design and quality standards

Support business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations

Mentor and guide engineers and project staff

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)

~10+ years of experience in water resources or related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license required

Strong project management experience (scope, budget, schedule)

Experience leading teams and managing client relationships

Background in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and master planning preferred
