About the Role
Binghalib Group seeks an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years in water pumping station projects. The role involves managing all project activities, coordinating with design and sales teams, preparing BOMs, and supporting site activities.

Responsibilities
- Handle all project related activities and update status in project planner
- Prepare design drafts and sketches as applicable
- Coordinate with Design/Drawing Dept on pending drawings and assigning priorities
- Cross check and verify drawings as per project and customer requirements
- Prepare accurate Bill of Materials
- Provide engineering support for sales team and attend meetings with client/consultant
- Follow up on material status, subcontracted works, free issue materials
- Prepare and get approvals of prequalification/tender documents and project documentation
- Standardize design and drawings for efficient performance
- Select right products to comply specifications and client requirements
- Attend client/consultant/inspection concerns and customer complaints
- Coordinate with finance department for project invoicing

- Experience with water pumping station is mandatory

Roles & responsibilities
- Handle all project related activities and Update status in project planner as per company procedure
- Prepare Design draft and sketches as applicable
- Coordination with Design / Drawing Dept on pending drawings and assigning priorities
- Cross Checking and Verification of Drawings as per project and customer requirements
- Preparation of accurate Bill of Materials
- Providing Engineering supports for sales team and Attend meetings with client /consultant for technical clarification and ensure that MOM is prepared by Project /Sales Team
- Checking estimated prices, highlighting and proposing of alternates/substitutes/IHF stock whenever appropriate.
- Follow up on material status, Subcontracted Works, Free Issue Materials & related issues.
- Responsible for Preparation, submission and getting approvals of Prequalification / Tender Documents and Project related documentation (Compliance statements, submittals, O&M manuals etc)
- Prepare & Maintain Engineering Catalog Library, Relevant Engineering Standards & Local / International Rules & Regulations, Standard end user & Consultant Specifications, Standard Engineering charts, calculations, Standard Technical submittals
- Standardize design and drawings for efficient and improved performance in engineering
- Selection of right products to comply specifications and client requirements
